This site is devoted to the scientific study of happiness. Using those results to understand the nature and causes of happiness. Then using those understandings to develop strategies to help people achieve happiness.

If you have not yet taken our happiness test, please do so before studying the results or conclusions. This test is part of ongoing scientific research and the results will be less helpful if you take the test after reading the rest of this site. We want your answers to be unbiased by our conclusions.
